Scotland Tour On BBC And Channel 4

Scotland’s 2018 summer tour will be broadcast live on free-to-air TV as deals have been finalised for BBC coverage of games against Canada and USA followed by Channel 4 presenting the Argentina game.

The North American tests will require late nights for UK-based viewers: Edmonton, Canada on Saturday 9 June:kick-off 7pm local time is Sunday 2am UK time; and Houston, USA on Saturday 16 June kick-off 8pm local time is also Sunday 2am UK time will be shown live on the BBC. The final Test against Argentina in Resistencia on Saturday 23 June will be shown live at 8.40pm UK time on Channel 4.

Scottish Rugby COO, Dominic McKay, said: “We’re delighted to have secured live, free-to-air coverage of all Scotland summer Tests across the UK and are particularly pleased to welcome a relatively new entrant into the rugby market, Channel 4, into the stable of Scottish rugby broadcasters showing national team test matches.”
