    Toulon have been ordered to pay former equipment supplier, Puma €1.7m (£1.45m) for breach of contract by the Court of Appeal of Colmar, France last week.     Toulon boss Mourad Boudjellal won just three per cent of the votes in his bid to depose Paul Goze as president of Ligue National de Rugby (LNR) which oversees the professional game in France, Sky Sports reports.   • Top 14 Suffers Record Deficit

The league report did not name the clubs but the Midi Olympique rugby newspaper said they are Racing Metro, Stade Francais and Castres, where the owners pay for annual losses.
