    Cornwall councillors voted to approve £3m of financial support from the Council’s Economic Match Fund for the £14.3m Stadium for Cornwall project this week.     Dicky Evans, the Cornish Pirates owner, has revealed his plans to step aside at the end of this season in order for someone else to take over. Evans plans to sell 150 shares in the club and has committed to providing £400,000 over two years.
