    France has inflated the bidding for RWC2023 by offering £30m (€34.2m) above the standard guaranteed hosting fee expected by World Rugby: £150m (€171m) rather than £120m (€137m).     Hosting rights for the Rugby World Cup 2023 have been awarded to France after two rounds of voting in a secret ballot by the World Rugby Council in London on Wednesday (15th). The selection was made following two rounds of voting: France received 24 votes to South Africa’s 15 in the final round of voting.
