    Neil Hudgell has decided to stay on as chairman of Hull Kingston Rovers after previously announcing he would step down at the end of the season, according to BBC Sport.     Neil Hollinshead has been jailed for seven years after conning the owners of London Welsh into giving him £350,000 and letting him take control of the club.     Hull Kingston Rovers chairman Neil Hudgell is to step down at Craven Park at the end of the season, according to BBC Sport.
