    London Broncos head coach Rob Powell has stepped down with immediate effect and will be replaced by Tony Rea. Rea, who has previously held posts as chief executive and head coach at the club, will be taking over on an interim basis to the end of the Super League season.     Super League clubs have finally voted in favour of allowing one marquee player to be signed by each team and have a notional salary cap value from the 2016 season onwards.
