    Gloucester Rugby have purchased 5 Kingsholm Road, the former site of a car dealership, which is adjacent to the east end of their Kingsholm ground.   • Gloucester Announce Big Profit

    Gloucester have revealed pre-tax profits of in excess of £300,000 for the year to 30 June 2012, despite a disappointing performance on the field. The directors’ report shows that the club turned over £11.3 million and made a profit of £302,635, even though they finished just ninth in the Premiership, which represents a huge improvement on the previous year.     Gloucester Rugby has secured a multi-million pound finance package from HSBC which it will use to invest more heavily in its squad over the next 10 years and improve its stadium facilities.
