    USA Rugby have announced the hiring of Dan Payne as its new Chief Executive Officer to replace Nigel Melville. Payne, 43, most recently served as the athletics director for rugby powerhouse Life University, where he added 10 varsity sports programmes and spurred a growth to over 300 student athletes.     Munster have named Niall O’ Donovan as their new team manager, taking over from Shaun Payne. We are currently recruiting a Youth & Community Rugby Coach in London. You will be required to deliver rugby sessions and to deliver a sports-related qualification on the Street League Academy.
