    Millennium Stadium chiefs have all but ruled out rebuilding its two-tier North stand to complete three tiers all around the ground, according to BBC Wales.   • Wales Online Considers WRU CEO Martyn Phillips' Salary

    Wales online have calculated that Welsh Rugby Union chief executive, Martyn Phillips earned £254,000 in the nine months from October 2015 to June this year. Phillips, a former boss of retail giant B&Q, was unveiled in the position in July last year, with his predecessor Roger Lewis officially leaving his Post the following October.     Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a winding up order against Neath Rugby Club for unpaid rates and other debts totalling £60,000, according to the South Wales Evening Post.
