RugbyTradeDirectory Launched At AJ Bell Stadium Event

Sportsglobal UK, the company behind the well-established Football Trade Directory have announced that (RTD) will be launched in July.

RTD will produce a yearly book similar to the Football Trade Directory. The RTD will contain over 2000 companies covering the supply chain of the sport - from kit to pitch, stadium access to digital signage, audio to catering, travel to ticketing and more.

To celebrate the launch of RTD a first rugby networking event will take place on Thursday 13th July at the AJ Bell Stadium, Salford with rugby legend Robbie Hunter- Paul as the guest speaker.

This event, sponsored by access control and security experts Geoquip Worldwide, promises to be the biggest rugby exhibition in the north for many years with organisers claiming that over 50 exhibitors and 200 delegates will be networking in an informal manner.

The event is free to attend and exhibitors cover all aspects of the running a rugby club, both league and union.

RTD’s managing director John Booth said; ”We have organised over 30 football networking events over the past few years and we have been urged by many in rugby that we know to organise a rugby themed event. The AJ Bell Stadium is a natural choice, apart from superb facilities and easy access it is the home of top flight rugby league and rugby union clubs.
